The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted President Donald Trump a stay pending appeal, affirming that his administration's executive order directing agencies to develop reduction in force (RIF) plans is likely lawful.

The Court's 8-1 decision to stay the injunction approved by two lower courts allows the Trump administration to continue with plans to restructure federal agencies without required congressional authorization. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the lone dissent, while her liberal colleagues, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, sided with the Trump administration.

On February 11, Trump issued an executive order seeking to reduce the size of the federal government through RIFs. In June, the administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to pause a federal judge's order blocking mass layoffs and agency restructuring as part of the president's broader plan to downsize the government.

Charlie Kirk reported this week that President Trump faces growing pressure from GOP donors to cut a bipartisan deal offering amnesty to illegal aliens working in agriculture and hospitality. The donor class has long hated Trump and especially his supporters' demand for real border security and immigration enforcement.

Big business pushing for cheap labor isn't surprising. What's alarming is Trump echoing their rhetoric.

Ronald Reagan's 1986 amnesty doomed California. It transformed a red stronghold into the Democrats' electoral anchor. Trump can't afford to make the same mistake.

How Trump's Tariff Revenue Helped the Government Make Bank In June

Tariffs may be a concern for consumers, but they are starting to have a positive impact on the federal budget, data released by the Treasury Department showed.

The federal government took in more money than it spent in June, the government said today, helped partly by another increase in tariff revenues, which are now higher than they've been in at least a decade.

The U.S. collected $26.6 billion in tariff revenues last month, more than four times the $6.3 billion collected in June 2024. June's receipts are also up from $22.2 billion in May, following a surge in tariff collections in April as President Donald Trump's tariffs began to take hold.

One result of the increased tariff revenue is a $27 billion budget surplus for June. That surplus was primarily driven by an approximately $187 billion reduction in government spending for the month. The reduced spending comes amid efforts by the Trump administration to cut expenses through the Department of Government Efficiency and a reduction in the size of the federal workforce.

President Trump Considers Revoking Rosie O'Donnell's Citizenship: 'She Is a Threat to Humanity'

Leftist television host Rosie O'Donnell, who moved to Ireland after President Trump took office in January, may lose her citizenship if the president has anything to do with it.

In a post Saturday on his Truth Social, Trump said he was "seriously" thinking about revoking her citizenship.

"Because of the fact that Rosie O'Donnell is not in the best interests of our Great Country, I am giving serious consideration to taking away her Citizenship. She is a Threat to Humanity, and should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland, if they want her. GOD BLESS AMERICA!" he wrote:

Breitbart News reported in March that O'Donnell has long threatened to move out of the United States "because the nation insists on rejecting her extreme, left-wing, agenda," and she was finally making good on her promise to "abandon" the nation "that is simply too sane for her to stomach."

When she announced in March that she was moving to Ireland, many people online were overjoyed.

Trump is going to send Patriot missiles to Ukraine. He has grown increasingly disenchanted with Putin because the Russian leader has resisted Trump's attempts to negotiate a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.

Trump did not give a number of Patriots he plans to send to Ukraine, but he said the United States would be reimbursed for their cost by the European Union.
