The use of the term 'free speech' in this context is specious, at best.  I'd say it's a marketing ploy by an elite billionaire.

In any case,  incitement, defamation, fraud, obscenity, child pornography, fighting words, and threats, are not protected speech in the US.

Opposition to mandates, vaccine efficacy and climate alarmism are no longer protected either.

I know David Suzuki and the entire NDP want those ideas criminalized. They haven't got their way yet.
