I knew a guy who drank barrel wash every day and he developed cirrhosis of the liver along with many other health issues. Eventually he needed a tracheotomy and a feeding tube. Apparently it was so painful that when he was told he needed a 2nd operation, he refused. So the doctors let him be and one day he died, choking on his own vomit. This was told to me by his best friend, who's still alive. It was a sad way to go. But it is also the way of karma.
