I can't answer what the best place on earth is for you. There is no one size fits all country. Different circumstances mean different people are looking for different countries to move to. I have young sons and I owe it to them to make sure they have the same opportunities that we enjoyed when we came to Canada in the 90's. Unfortunately, Canada no longer offers or even seems to want opportunity and freedom.



If you're close to the end of your working career, you're probably looking for a country with a low cost of living. Stability and the rule of law too of course. There are lots of countries you could go to if you can prove a certain level of income and it's not that high.

Immigrants like myseelf aren't a problem. On the contrary, we are educated, diligent and Canada is lucky to have us. Refugees on the other hand are queue jumpers who couldn't cut it as skilled immigrants. On top of that, they aren't properly vetted. Hence why so many are born on January 1.
