I'm making miso soup tonight with bok choy, and sweet and sour ruffed grouse.

Made homemade spaghetti last night, with a salad and garlic bread, leftovers tonight.

Tomorrow Im having turkey tacos.



Wednesday Im gonna grill some shrimp, with some pineapple chunks alternating on the skewer, and brushed with a blend of sweet and sour sauce and pineapple juice.



Thursday fried salmon.



Crazy how this weather is, got 16" of snow over the weekend up where I work, and the day after tomorrow its gonna be in the mid 70s lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

A lite breakfast. If that was my breakfast I would quickly become a Hobbit and ask "what about second breakfast?"  :laugh:



Then again, some croissants can be huge. I normally do a lite breakfast, I use to not eat breakfast at all on work days. Lately I've been eating a banana. On the weekend, I'll usually have eggs and toast at least. Sometimes sausage, bacon or ham with it. Rarely do pancakes or hashbrowns, but those are good sometimes.

I am getting sick of camp grub. Normally we'd be shutting down about now for spring break up, but this winter has been so frickin cold we'll go until about the first week of April at least.



Pork roast, mashed spuds, garlic sausage, gnocchi pasta, salad bar, and desserts tonight.

I made some potatoes fritters.  Kept the skins from peeling potatoes whipped them up with some cheddar, parmesan, bread crumbs, spices and baked them.  They are pretty good.



Question is..what if I used ground up potato peel as a substitute for beef in meat sauce?  Has anyone tried this?  Or perhaps with cauliflour as well.
