Hmm, thats a good question. I've heard of folks fishing for them, but never seen them. Lot of bass and trout around here too.

I think so, in a way like flounder, but better in my opinion and not as fluffy as flounder.

That sucks. Salmon is my favorite, followed by catfish, then tuna.

Same in Winnipeg. There are a few restaurants that sell imported frozen catfish, but not that many.

It' nice to have a Sunday off. The weather is cooperating for our bbq. Marinated chicken thighs, corn, red peppers and a tossed orange, almond and cranberry salad.

Blackened Mahi Mahi with a shrimp and crab cream sauce over rice and green beans. Maybe garlic bread or jalapeno dinner rolls with garlic butter.

Rum cake for dessert.



Son caught a bunch of Mahi Mahi on his last fishing trip. Should be quite tasty.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone
