The best part of turkey leftovers!
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

My husband likes open sandwiches, but my son like likes closed sandwiches with cheese.

I haven't roasted a turkey for Thanksgiving in years....over a decade. Mmmm... and even then, it wasn't really a turkey but some local indigenous desert dwelling bird that looked more like a turkey mated with a buzzard.

Wasn't very moist. Buzzards suck.

Turkey, stuffing, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy microwaved for lunch today. No pumpkin pie today. Tomorrow for sure.

Turkey HAS to be moist! If its too dry, not even a whole pot of gravy will save it lol.

Only the white meat is dry. But, how do you prevent it from drying out?

Cooking it slow and low, covered, and coating it with butter real well. Works for me and Paula Dean anyway

Im sure there are other techniques, but I havent baked many turkeys. The main thing is dont overcook it I guess.

I always started a turkey at 400 for the first hour and 325 after that.
