Quote from: "Azhya Aryola"1-First time any of you broke the law?

When I was 9, my nanny and I walked from our bungalow to the main street to buy a half gallon of ice cream from the ice cream parlor. After we crossed the street to the ice cream parlor, we were met and stopped by a police man who said we broke the law by "Jay Walking" and that he was arresting us. He escorted us to a Police van where other Jay Walkers who were also arrested were sitting and waiting. We were all taken to the city jail and locked up together in a cell. My parents were at work at the time so an uncle bailed us out. I'm a jailbird.

2-What surprising skills do you have?

Calligraphy

Origami

3-Time travel? What event would you travel to see?

Watch Moses bring back the tablet with the Ten Commandments inscribed in it. I want to be present when the tablets are laid in the Ark of the Covenant.

4-Most memorable birthday?

18th--my first birthday in the USA. My relatives made sure there was a party and invited all my new school friends so I won't be so homesick.

5-Last time you lost your temper?

I don't remember so piss off!

6-Five things you can't live without?

Air. Water. Food. Sight. Mobility.

7-Do you believe in fate?

Yes.

8-What gets you excited?

Each new day.

9-Tequila story?

Too long ago so it is stale.

10-How would you like to be remembered when you are dead and gone?

That I made everyone who knew me laugh.

The police arrested a nine year old and took you to the local jail for jay walking?

Anyone regardless of age being arrested for Jay walking is insane. It's so nuts that you can't help but laugh.

Could you imagine being the cop that had to pull that duty, you would feel like a complete fool.

Arrested for it is insane.

@realAzhyaAryola

I was with an adult, the nanny. So, since I was with her, I got included in the arrest.

I agree with Renee, it seems very excessive even for an adult.

You're probably not going to get a lot of respect from the other inmates when they find out you got hauled in for jay walking. That's a situation where you and the litter bugs are going to end up someone's bitch. ac_razz

No offense Renee, but you earned an arrest, but Azhya did not.
