Not hardly. At least no one I know has had any issues at all and I've know quite a few for a long time.

Interesting how some people need marijuana and all these other drugs to make it through the day, and others don't need drugs at all.



However, humans aren't the only animal which consume drugs as other creatures in the wild are attracted to and will nip on plants with halucogenic effects. So I guess its a common need in the animal kingdom - to get high.



Other than the occasional sip of alcohol and morning/afternoon coffee, I never have any need to take any other drugs. I don't like them. I can see trying them once or twice for kicks, but after that, no more.

No side effects?  Tell that to my husband who took a hit the other night then proceeded to puke so hard he passed out and hit his head on everything in our bathroom.

I think it's like he has an allergy to it.  He was saying he was too stoned then went to the bathroom.  I heard him start puking then after the third wretch, I heard him bashing around in the bathroom. When I got there, he had passed out on the floor and I had a hard time getting to him.  When I got in, there was vomit everywhere (like all over the walls and floor), he had hit his head twice and cut his ear so he was bleeding everywhere.  It was fucking scary!

Was he drinking as well ? You should get one of them breathos like Ace has for the old man.



So he has gone from hitting his head on everything in the bathroom to hit his head twice.



How would you know that ?



Sure you wasn't playing mafia mommy and hit him with a leg of lamb .



Anyways tell him to take 2 Viagra and call you in the morning.

I don't like marijuana either, S'Mel.

But its stench is so prevalent that I wish they made a law which confines its use only to use in specified 'smoke holes' and prohibits its use in public.

Marijuana has become the new 'stinkweed'  & perhaps Canada's 'National Plant/Flower'.

Many people I know smoke weed, and it doesn't bother me that they do.  I don't smoke weed.



The funny thing is, is that they have the fucking nerve to get uppity about a whiff of my second-hand cigarette smoke, while they take joy in hot-boxing a room or a car!



People that really like to smoke weed seem to range from the left of center, right through to the extreme left, complete with mental illness!

Weed is certainly not a "social" drug, at least for myself.  In fact, all hallucinogens have the same effect on me also, so I generally avoid them altogether also.



However, I find that other people can and do react to it differently than I do...

unfortunately medical prescription stuff is not working for my back - some relief when I started (but so-called high when used higher THC was not nice ... did NOT like it), no pain benefit now  ... tried oils when they were allowed last year, nothing

ya, 3 or 4 yrs now  .... even the strongest prescribable  opiates  do nothing



Now, the main chemical in Robaxacet does help to some extent - gotta credit hubby who thought to try it after everything else did nothing



swimming & water jet helps some - We moved here mainly for the indoor pool (and water jet pool) so I could exercise in weightless environment
