I'm making eggplant and lentil curry with a Greek frittata.

Sounds good, I've had eggplant once and it was good.



Last night I had fried catfish, mac and cheese, and a veggie steamer.



Tonight I baked salmon in some sweet and sour sauce, with some rice, and the last veggie eggroll    The store hasnt carried any in months.

My stomach knows not to eat it, but my taste buds demand it if its in front of me

I think it was working at the pizza shop for 10 years and eating cheese everyday that did me in lol. I love dairy, but it dont love me.

I quartered 6 of them and grilled them all. Eating it for lunch everyday this week.

Interesting! I've never heard of or done sweet style. Usually I butter and shake a lil garlic salt on them.
