If something is made in Japan, it means a certain level of quality.

I agree too, my brother always say Japanese goods is a "brand" itself, hence why Chinese manufacturers love putting Japanese words on their products, bastards.  :laugh3:

That is true. Japan itself is essentially a brand as well as frickin awesome country.

Sometimes I'm so obsessed with Japan, I really wish they had won WWII, I know the massacre is horrible and the 2 Canadian battalion that died for Hong Kong, but man is it so much better than living under CCP dictatorship.

Not too much prog insanity either. Fantastic beer and whisky. And any produce grown in Japan tastes better than produce grown anywhere else. Japanese watermelon, strawberries, apples, pears are the best anywhere.

Aside from speaking English and making PCs, it makes me wonder is there anything they're bad at.  ac_umm

Like you say, their farm food, beef and dairy tastes pretty darn good  ac_cool , not to mention the way they categorized their martial arts into an organized system, along with the forging skills of their famous katana is really well known and respected too.

I've stopped in Japan on business trips to China. Usually only for one night at a time. Tokyo and Oaska are exceptionally clean cities, They have very modern and efficient infratructure. And of course Japanese cuisine is fantastic.

I have to heartfully agree too, their food made in Japan are on another whole new level when compared to the non-authentic chefs here in Toronto.  Not to mention people can park their bike anywhere without a lock and not worry about it being stolen.  ac_cool

Mainland Chinese do too, despite the daily anti Japanese brainwashing they are subjected to.

I laugh so hard during the anti Japan riot almost 20 years ago, the riot leader chanting anti-Japan BS was using a Japanese branded mic.

While a lot of people in China claim to be patriotic but would not hesitate to clear the store shelves that was once filled with foreign branded goods.

Lol I'm sure she does, tbh all of the ultra nationals claims to be country loving and would do anything for PRC/CCP, but when comes to walking the walk, nearly all of them would rather eat glass than offering their fair share.

It's thanks to these kind of mentality, China has been humiliated for over a millennia.  Paper tigers, trash talking, despite all the nationalism they already have left in droves once they got the chance and continue on with their nationalism here in the West.  :sdfjh(2):
