and then some mexican cheese

heat in the microwave for 40 seconds.

Put guacamole and/or salsa on top.

(guacamole--avaocados, tomatoes, onions, garlic and salt)

You make your own tortillas eh.

No I only fry tortillas, never made them myself.

I don't even know what that recipe (above) is called.  I got it in a restaurant one time and it was easy to recreate.

Perhaps it's an East Asian thing, but  Mexican cuisine is definitely not one of my favourites.

Mexican food can be a lot different than the tex mex versions sold in restaurants and shops.

The more Mexican it tastes, the less I like it.

That's what I'm getting at.

Mexican food ranges in type and flavours.

Most of us just eat the Texas version of Mexican food which can be pretty limited in variation and flavours.

I know what you were getting at and I know there are different ranges of Mexican food..

I just don't care for most of it.

Fair enough. I'm not too crazy about Chinese foods myself but some things have been good.
Blahhhhhh...

Korean food is more flavourful than Chinese and Mexican food combined. ac_sothere

Yeah...i don't like biting into a taco and the while thing falls apart....once in a blue moon I like a hard shell...but only when I have plans of eating like an animal! Lol

They're okay at the bunk house, but never at home.

Angry White Male

Just eat the fucking taco.  If it falls apart, that's what plates are for.  Just shove the thing into your mouth and eat it.

When I do tacos I like a soft tortilla.  Either corn or flower.  It helps a lot if you zap them in the microwave for about 15 seconds first.  Gets them warm and softens them up more.

I wouldn't know how to make my own tortillas though
