Not in active service.

I never heard of them. I looked it up though. So, you served in the World War 1 did you.

I'm too tired to look it up.

Jäger is a base unit of finnish land forces..

Like rangers are in the US army.

Jäger just specializes more in the all terrain combat and guerrilla tactics.

Americans say that if you can fight in the arctic, you can fight anywhere..

Thats in reference to us.

That's what I've expected, but are you claiming you're a member of the Finnish special force?

In world war 1. Old Odinson is in good shape for being 120 years old.

I accept that Odinson has completed some compulsory military service like most Finns do.

They are wondering about the name "jäger"... Like our units should be called by some english name..

I´m pretty sure canadian army soldiers have the same name as they did a 100 years ago..

But I wouldnt think a canadian "ranger" today served in the WW1 just because there were rangers in that war..

I don't even know what you Gaon, and Bricktop are talking about..

I believe you have military service even if they don't..

But, I'm trying to think of one person on these forums who has served in the Canadian army and I don't know of anyone..

All the people who have military service, were in USA, Finland, United Kingdom, Israel, and Australia.

I heard of the Jager unit before but always though they were some Scandinavian elite reconnaissance unit or at least equivalent to US marines or higher skill level.
