WTF???? All charges against Jussie Smollett dropped

And she has a highly influential position in public service?



She should be removed immediately if she cannot at least understand the issue.

Her appointment was political and her removal would be seen that way too.

While thoroughly corrupt I don't think Foxx did anything explicitly illegal-- MAYBE she could be removed for not fully recusing herself, maybe disbarred, but even that is a stretch.  Most likely she'll have to be voted out in 2020.



I can say this though-if she had been a white prosecutor who let off a white guy celeb who faked a hate crime blaming black people she would be out of there in no time whatever it took.

I cannot imagine that there is not a crime for a public servant to act in prejudice contrary to their responsibility.

She was elected in 2016.  I can't remember who ran against her and what they were about.  I know that Kim Foxx won primarily because a white cop shot a black guy who was on PCP who had a knife (Laquan McDonald) but was not coming towards the cop (the cop, Jason Van Dyke, is now in prison for it).  She was elected in reaction to that event.  She was the black lives matter candidate, and she was heavily financed by George Soros.



Barring anything unforseen she will be up for re-election in November 2020.
