The media whipped people into frenzy, but it doesn't excuse what that cop. And he has had a dozen complaints against him throughout his career.

The issue is thugs with badges. That cop belongs in a max security prison.

The surveillance video shows him running his mouth and resisting..



There is a few minute gap between the surveillance video and the phone video..

In the phone video the cops have pinned him down after he refused to go into the squad car.
