That was still police brutality. I have had run-ins with cowardly cops who get their jollies beating the hell out of guys with their hands cuffed behind them and lying on the ground.

If the officer has to drag him out of the car, its resisting... The officer has to call his partner to help him get George Floyd out of the car.

I had thot the cop closed off the artery to the brain (knee was on side of neck, not on throat)... this coroner does not even mention it .. he only addressed asphyxiation
