I had thot the cop closed off the artery to the brain (knee was on side of neck, not on throat)... this coroner does not even mention it .. he only addressed asphyxiation



Family has Baden examining him today - We'll see what his take on it is

A guy is in medical distress and naturally you put your knee on his neck. That is what paramedics would do.

This thing has been racialized and it gets way too much attention.

It happens to young men in general. I saw the cops beat the shit out of a Native guy behind a nightclub. One of the cops was white, the other East Indian.

CC, I want to be clear, I'm not defending rioters and thieves. I'm saying there was no reason for that cops knee to be on a handcuffed guy's neck.

That was hard to watch. The issue is police brutality, not racism.



This video shows an RCMP officer in BC kicking a man in the face while he was in cuffs.

I dont know if he is some kind of a CNN law expert or if he is representing these cases... But its the same guy as in the Georgia "jogger" case.

The issue is thugs with badges. That cop belongs in a max security prison.


The police school is too short.. They need more theory and new set of rules.



Notice the american police way of doing things... They use lethal force a lot more than cops in other countries.



Lets say there is an unarmed mentally ill person who does not comply to orders... That situation will always lead to american cops killing said person.

Its because they shoot you if you dont obey them.





But in Mr. Floyds case, they do try to bring him in as softly as possible.. They dont even have their guns drawn.

Canadian cops can abuse their authority as much as American cops. The problem in Canada is there is seldom consequences for excessive violence. That cop in the video who kicked a man in the face while he was in cuffs was not reprimanded.

He might be in some kind of emotional distress..

He let the people go.



There was no immediate threat to civilians.



Surround the cart and wait or shoot him once in the leg and wait for him to soften up..
