Employees should sue if they're forced to wear political themes.

I agree, but with jobs so hard to get these days thanks to forced lock downs, people who disagree will hold their noses and wear them. However, the snowflakes who work at Starbucks all agree I'm sure.

Capitalism in 2020 has been hijacked by progtards, just like the authoritarian bastards hijacked unions, all media, academia, pop culture, politics, and the environment.

I actually run a corporation, albeit a very small one.

Starbucks is losing nothing in doing so, since they needed that many new shirts anyhow to replace the old ones, and for new hires.  It's a business expense providing shirts to your employees, and as such it doesn't count as taxable revenue earned.

So, why not order the next batch of shirts, most likely made in Bangladesh, with the "White People are Bad, I love Negroes" slogan printed cheaply on it at the same time, from the same factory?

They are just going with the current flow, which is anti-white, pro-left...  Maybe it stops the Nigs and Antifa from destroying their locations?  I doubt it will, since Nigs and Antifa destroy everything anyhow, so it is what it is...  The new norm!

Get used to it, because you haven't seen anything yet...

Not so easy, especially in some US States.  Canada isn't much better.

If I tell you to put on a shirt, you will put in on, or I'll fire you.  Your recourse?  You can find another job.

Putting on a company uniform with its allocated colours, style, and emblems is legit.

Being forced to act as a human billboard for a social or political cause one may find ethically or morally questionable while selling edibles or wares, is not and should not ever be legitimized...

FFS... we're unknowingly eating halal bacon in some food chains (smoked turkey instead of pork) and not being told otherwise. Dished up textured vegetable matter to replace animal flesh completely or in increments .

...the list of corporate and commercial violations on the headspace of employees has been on overdrive for decades, but now it's a Spaceballs styled "Plaid Speed"...

....smoke if you got them or they allow you to smoke in your private life while employed by them...
Blahhhhhh...

Political coercion by employers has been going on for a long time and thanks to a 2015 Supreme Court decision It's completely legal and sanctioned in the US.

We are now in the midst of the big corporate race to be "woke"....No one wants to be last.

I read this from your link, " in most states, managers have the legal right to mandate worker attendance at a political rally for a favored candidate-and fire or punish workers who decline to participate."

Disturbing.
