They later discovered a website, allegedly run by a Toronto man, that allowed users to purchase pornographic videos of children.



The site, which allegedly offered digital downloads and a mail order service, is said to have made more than $4m (£2.5m).



Many of the 339 arrests made in dozens of countries around the world came after detectives trawled a database of alleged customers.

A couple of years ago I did see on TV and followed up and read a lot about this cop in Toronto who specialized in tracking down this scum .. often sucking it up and pretending he was like them. He convinced many and was very successful at nailing many (and while I forget the #s, I do mean many) around the world at that time



I'm wondering if we have the same guy and his team that broke this current mess of monsters up.



From what I learned about him, he is truly dedicated, worked around the clock and smart. He did all cops proud. You would like him LS .. as do I.



If I find more on his story again and / or if he is the one behind this, I'll post the links about him - he may well be behind this latest bust
