I'm only left leaning in the sense that I think right wing politicians in the US are scum and anything left of that, they cast you in with the embarrassing pussy democrats.  I don't hold any of it against the voters, as there are fine people on both sides, and my registration card still says independent until I feel I'm properly represented. /shrug



I have nothing to add about all the BF drama, except that if I'm banned from a forum, I don't concern myself with that forum going forward.  A forum that doesn't want me as a member is a forum that I'm glad to be rid of.

I think it's interesting that left leaners (the normal ones who will talk to people at least) all say the government is right wing.



 And everyone on the right says the government is left wing.



 And to me that shows how people are not just not totally understanding eachother.....but speaking entirely different languages and having different definitions of what these terms actually mean.



 I go on a scale that means the farther right you go, the less government and smaller the government. The farthest right would be anarchy.  And the farther left you go, the bigger and more government you get. With the farthest left being totalitarianism.



 

 But I know when Vitty says he is far left, he isnt saying he is authoritarian.  And his positions are not big government ones necessarily.



 It causes a lot of confusion when people do try to communicate.



 I dig the comment section on Jimmy Dores channel. You see right wing and left wing people talking to eachother like humans, lightly tackling some of their disagreements.....but all agreeing, we all have a serious problem with these democrats and the corporate woke movement.

 The trans issue is way worse then the sports. If that wasnt bad enough, any man can now just say "I identify as a woman" and poof....he is now a woman.



 This translates in reality to in tact male sex offenders and murders now being transfer to womens prisons. Women sleeping in shifts protecting eachother from rape. And not a single mainstream source is talking about this unless the case becomes public.  There is more going on then the surface stuff we get to see.



 Not trying to start a whole thing in the BF thread....I'm a woman with daughters so I feel very strongly about this and I know I piss some people off about it.  But its genuinely terrifying to me how Biden can just sign away our sex based rights and protections, redefine what it is to be a woman....and there are people who are accepting and defending it.  



 A good chunk of people who consider themselves left have been the first pushing back on this and trying to sound the alarms....but they get censored and shut down easy for "hate speech"

Is Ron and Rand Paul scum to you? Trump was more of a centrist or old school Democrat before he ran. Did you have a problem with his policies or was it his bombastic New Yorker rich guy persona?



Being an independent.... a true independent, means you have to set aside the hubris for authentic and real policy pushes.



I think that Rand Paul isn't exactly a chip off the old block. He's in the proximity... I also believe that Sanders is a sell out who talked a good game despite my distaste of his socialistic promises but when the cards were down, he has his multiple homes and hollow book deal, and he's not willing to lead by example for Team Socialism. So fuck him...

Bernie Sanders was a large part of the shitshow that turned me away from the left in 2016. The minute he endorsed Clinton was the moment I knew the guy lacked a spine or any description and the Blue No Matter Who's antics did not advance their cause any.



Neocons can suck hind tit too as far as I am concerned.
