The democRATS got until November to block his nomination. After that, the GOP will take the House and the impeachement of Biden will begin.

I want Ron DeSantis to be the GOP nominee.

Impeachment doesn't mean much anymore.

Also, I think Trump will avoid prison.

He won't be re-elected, if he even runs again.  No more old fucks in office, please.

The President makes the rules when it comes to classification and declassification

The SCOTUS has reaffirmed this before.

The President, after all, is the "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States." U. S. Const., Art. II, § 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant. See Cafeteria Workers v. McElroy, 367 U. S. 886, 890 (1961). This Court has recognized the Government's "compelling interest" in withholding national security information from unauthorized persons in the course of executive business. Snepp v. United States, 444 U. S. 507, 509, n. 3 (1980). See also United States v. Robel, 389 U. S. 258, 267 (1967); United States v. Reynolds, 345 U. S. 1, 10 (1953); Totten v. United States, 92 U. S. 105, 106 (1876). The authority to protect such information falls on the President as head of the Executive Branch and as Commander in Chief.

If anything, this has improved Trumps chances of being elected again. Mark my words, when Trump is elected to a third term, his most rabid opponents will try to invoke the 22nd Amendment.

This is all the democRATs looking for a lifeline before they get their asses handed to them in November.

Eventually, the Republicans will become as corrupt and hateful as the democrats once they get sick and tired of the double standard. When that happens, political persecution will be the norm on BOTH sides followed swiftly by civil war.

Do you think the Republicans will try to impeach Biden if they win the November elections?

I think if they can connect him to the latest witch hunt on Trump they will. Personally, I'm hopeful they get him on the 25th Amendment.

I don't believe there will be an American civil system left for that to happen. This is just carry over from the 1st civil war. Tit for tat just escalates and leftists are quick to seize all authority and cancel their opponents by prison or firing squad...

A lot of the Republican Party are undercover leftists as well.

Then a hundred years later we'll watch Disney movies showing Colonel AOC, Pencilneck Schiff, and Jim "Pelosi" Bowie going out in a blaze of glory as the forces of Santa Trump Anna storm Los Alamos but ultimately are defeated by the light and goodness by patriotic and mutilated transgender children.... and if you don't let the children watch it, they're coming for you....

The recent raid by the FBI on former President Donald Trump's residence has solidified Trump's hold on the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, according to conservatives and analysts.

The raid of Mar-a-Lago, Trump's house in Palm Beach, Florida, was aimed at preventing the former president from gaining office again, they told The Epoch Times.

If anything, however, the raid has had the opposite effect, they said, as the belief grows that Trump will announce a new presidential run sooner rather than later.

Far from providing a smoking gun that opponents of Trump may have sought to bar the former president from office, the raid has demonstrated that Trump can never be reconciled to partisan special interests in Washington that have a lock on government, thus ensuring that Trump most certainly will run, said some.

In the end, either Trump or the "deep state"—a group of powerful bureaucrats who Trump and others say really control the shots in Washington—will prevail: That's the message conservatives should take from the raid, said two people interviewed who are the most familiar with Trump's thinking, Ken Blackwell and Sebastian Gorka, although neither men claimed to represent the views of the former president.

Democrats have no intention of jailing Trump because they know massive riots will be the result of it. All they're doing is keeping Trump front and center in the media hoping  that everyone forgets about how bad Joe Biden is fucking things up.
