 I dont care how bad a minor thinks they want it. A grown male messing with anyone under the age of 16....even 16....needs to be publically castrated.  It's completely irrelevant who started what.





 If R Kelly knew he liked them young he should have luproned himself into a eunick....or however the fuck you spell it.  Or better still stayed AWAY from minor girls.

 I mean this is child porn.  If we are going to argue age and capability of consent....how young are we prepared to discuss?  Are we to lower the age of consent to 13?  Because that's the only way R Kelly could escape the reality that he sexually abused a minor on film. I just do not accept the "they wanted him" defense.



 Kids will also hang outside liquor stores asking adults to buy alcohol for them. And if they do....that's a criminal charge. And if one of those minors dies of alcohol poisoning or an alcohol related accident...that adult who bought it is now guilty of manslaughter as well as buying alcohol for a minor.  



 Because adults are expected to know better and we have a socail obligation to NOT involve minors in adult activities. We are responsible for our conduct with kids whose brains are not developed enough to understand what they are doing. Like drinking, drugs and especially sex. They are not mentally developed enough to fully grasp the consequences of their actions. They are EASY to manipulate and control. Especially by a famous hip hop artists with tons of money who can make them feel grown up, special, beautiful and sophisticated.  A male absolutely has the power to even make a grown ass woman feel specail and get HER to make the first move.



 Let's pretend they came onto him(and I'm not saying that matters) I'd have to ask HOW and WHY they were even ABLE to?  If they did, HE gave them the signals to let them know he would be okay with it. This is an adult male and teens we are talking about here.  He had all the power in these situations....they had NONE. He knew better. They didnt. The difference here is he is am adult who is expected to know better.  Teenagers are not....that's why we juvenile justice system and minors are rarely charged as adults in crimes. Most of them are just plain stupid and impulsive. We all know this.



 Unless we are gonna argue that R Kelly is the mental equivalent of a retarded 13 year old himself. Which I'm down to discuss. But unless he is proven incompetent he has to be held accountable for these bad decisions. He committed crimes.



 Is he mentally disabled or handicapped?  



 If that were MY 13, 14 year old .....first of all I'd never allow a strange male access to my daughters, and especially not a famous rich one. FUCK that. But if that had been one of my daughters I wouldnt be okay until i pissed on his grave.



 He knew they were too young. He knows it was wrong by evidence of him hiding it and denying it. He knew it was illegal. He did it anyway. He is guilty.

I don't know for sure if he was a kiddie diddler. But, he was a weird one. A grown man having sleepovers with little kids. If he was a diddler, the parents of the kids who went to his house were no better than the Epsteins.
