Funny how I do not always want Asian food but when I crave for it, I want it right there and then.



Have you been to the sushi restaurant where they provide a buffet all you can eat sushi and you order what you want using their iPad?

My favorite dressing on anything is this one:



1/4 cup good-quality red or white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 garlic clove

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper

I haven't been to a buffet restaurant in a long time.

That seems like a nice mix of flavours.

I'm making ratatouille this way. I made it once for an office party and they couldn't believe I made it myself.

Presentation is important in all Asian cuisines.

Not just Asian lol, I like a nice presentation as well when I serve food.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.
