I bet you're like me, when anyone eats up food you make, and compliments how good it is, it makes ya feel happy inside  ac_smile



Makes it worth all the work ya put into it.



The only thing I like making people happy with more than food is with laughter.



I've always felt like a comedian or cook would be my thing, but most cooks are stuffed in the back of a restaurant and never really get to see the happiness on someone's face.

Tonight was grilled green tomatoes and burgers, with Rally fries.

What are rally fries?

Rally's was a fast food chain that used to be around here. The grocery store has them frozen that you can still get. The ones back then were super awesome, these aint bad.

Its Atlantic, comes frozen from Kroger. Miss the salmon from Seattle lol.

I loved it, Atlantic is ok lol, but Pacific was better I thought. The best I had in Seattle was Alder wood smoked Sockeye salmon.
