The oxymoron that is "political correctness" is little more than a euphemism of a misnomer for the grey area revolving around intercultural disputes among a common society that should be resolved through greater reasoning across the social norms, folkways, mores, taboos, and laws of the land.



There can never be a concise definition of politically correct any more than any combination of an opinion based term and a factual one.  



This is a definition of "politics":

-The activities associated with the governance of a country or other area, especially the debate or conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power.



and this is a definition of "correct"

-Free from error; in accordance with fact or truth.



Can you have a factual debate through conflict without acknowledging a bias of opinion on either side? You could try, but it wouldn't be factual unless the "incorrect" opposition just accepted they were wrong and conceded authority with no further argument.
