6 - 7 hour drive north of me perhaps... a LONG way.



We have the Red Capped Parrot close by though.



I tried to get a decent picture of the rainbow lorikeet tonight as I was on my way to see the sunsey over the Indian Ocean.



Didn't work for me...  :laugh3:

They're between 30 metres (the pied cormorant perched in a tree right in front of the bird hide I was in) and around 150 metres for the Ibis. The Heron was about 50 metres away.
