From what I read. Said cut out caffeine and to limit alcohol.



My job does not help, using a keyboard and putting stacks of paper in a machine.

My job does not help, using a keyboard and putting stacks of paper in a machine.

I don't believe coffee, tea or energy drinks make any difference to a pulled tendon.

I should be able to get an appointment next week.



I also think whatever is going on with me is more than that, but it started around the same time.



Weirdly I felt mostly good in Seattle, but I didnt have to work or drive.
