I tried this at a Japanese place recently. Sweet potatoes with a dip. It was nice.

For meatless Monday, I'm making vegetarian lasagna and caesar salad.

Recipe for the rum cake....Must use Duncan Hines cake mix without pudding because you add a box of pudding.
