It beats the old screen printing for sure, which the plastisol ink in it's liquid uncured form causes lung irritation or even cancer to the craftsman.  While DTG uses water-base ink which is non-toxic in it's liquid form.  The only downside is one 400ml cup size of DTG ink cost about $200 for our printer, while screen printing ink is less than $30 per US gallon, lol.

It might be surprising to believe, but I can't do sales due to my social disorder, while my 2nd brother in the army is horrible at science and fixing the machines.  He has a MBA and has worked over 10 years as a sales agent in my dad's company, while I'm more instinctive than him at solving over 95% of the problem our machineries has given us.

The DTG printer is the only machine I won't be able to fix, but keeping it squeaky clean like new and doing weekly maintenance helps keeps it from malfunctioning. *knock on wood*

Couldn't be any more true  ac_cool We usually start receiving orders on late March to Christmas and new years, but Jan and Feb is always the worst after everyone uses up their money and no one wants tshirts atm, lol.
