Start off really light to see if you have a bad reaction to it and slowly increase the dose if everything's okay. That stuff had me throwing up for three hours.

I lost 60 pounds when I stopped consuming alcohol.  Alcohol made me chubby and bloated.  I've been good ever since.  I still watch what I eat and do exercises at home.  Of you want to lose weight, its 80% diet and 20% exercise.
