Raising kids is like making a horror movie. If you show em the monster too often, it looses its effect. I had times where my step dad would have had to kill me to win. He lost control of me because he was too abusive. I had planned on killing him in his sleep a few times. Had he bloodied me any more, it might have happened.

I started learning martial arts at the age of 9. By the time I was 12, my stepdad learned to never lay a hand on me again 🤣
