@UoT, I have beem consistent that lockdowns were not a solution to anything. Repeating that mistake every time there was a spike in cases was pure insanity. History will not be kind to our medical "experts" and the politicians who carried out their recommendations.

Keeping children out of school was the worst part of lockdowns in my opinion.

I shake my head at the religious fervour of the galloping Scientism as it vurps up the "Trust The Science" mantra, but throw down and facts and figures regarding the risk of children dying from Koof and see what kind of a reaction you get. And that's before you get around to pointing out the elevated risks faced by younger persons when vaccinated.



Fash.... whether in or out of school, children are still being affected. Younger kids are typically learning to speak much later in their development and the mass covering of faces is a leading cause why. They can hear the words, but they aren't seeing how they get formed. The additional damage in terms of emotional development is a little harder to determine, but I put it to you that if facial expressions are not being observed on a regular basis then things like empathy and compassion are going to take a back seat in the years to come. We have effectively stunted the development of a generation of people and there are those in this would who are braying for more of it.



And  Shen... if you and I are to look purely at what is important to our individual selves, it is very difficult for either of us to disagree with the other on how useless lockdowns truly are. But they sure as hell seem to be suiting someone's agenda, hence the near constant fear porn being hurled at us all of what will happen if we don't maskurbate. You would be familiar with the notion of "government says to do this, so we do this"; well some people are so mentally fried by it all that they are continuing to do this in spite of the government pivoting to a new distraction as their old Punch and Judy routine is in danger of the bollocks it is.

We need to get on the same page about this and we need to get smart about it. I saw a graph plotting the Covid bump against other maladies and morbidities, They all had corresponding bumps, just in the opposite direction. Almost as though the Koof totals were being supplemented by the case totals of other diseases. That's probably why "no flu this year" happened.... they were getting recorded as Pinko Pox infections.
