I eat tons of fruit. Very little veggies, but I'll eat a guava or something everyday



Now it's tangerine season and I always bring them from the farm.



I have an orange tree in my backyard that gives oranges almost year round



The effects of eating an orange or a tangerine are great, at least for me.



Remove the peel and eat the whole thing. Tangerines are better IMO, but an orange is just the same. You might want to remove the white skin from the orange and eat only the yellow stuff



People with sensitive stomachs and bowels might get "too loose", but many might benefit from that.



I do it whenever I need, otherwise, guavas and bananas on a daily basis.

You are so lucky living in a warm climate....you can grow fruit year round.
