I carry a digital thermometer with me when fishing for air and water temps. Fish are funny about biting depending on a number of things. Temp included.

And then the fish you catch are sooooo big it takes both of you to hold it.

Actually no. I have to throw most of the Murray cod I catch back because they're between 8 to 3 centimetres to small or occasionally because they're larger than the max limit. Not often though. The big ones stick to the channels and can be very wary.
