California needs Singapore style law enforcement for a year. Canadian cities do too. They are becoming unlivable.

Prop 36 would repeal most of the disastrous prop 47 restoring felonies and mandatory sentences which all got turned into misdemeanors or even infractions (back in 2014).  Prop 47 also decriminalized drugs below and extremely high amount (what would be considered dealer levels in other states) which had two really bad outcomes.

1) Drug abuse and addiction soared to unbelievable levels as did O.D. deaths.

2) Previously addicts were told they had a choice of go to jail or go to rehab and 95% picked rehab.  If they failed to complete the year long rehab then they were sent directly to jail as their suspended sentences were revoked.  After prop 47 less than 3% agreed to rehab as there was no threat of jail if they didn't.  Most of that 3% simply checked themselves out the moment they got their first craving so almost no one opted for free rehab and the few who did never completed it.

Watching Gavin Newsom attempt every underhanded trick in the book to kill prop 36 using both lawfare and legislative poison pills only to lose when the even the left wing media in this state turned against him and the radical left shows he had no choice but to deal with this issue. 

That Newsom is now passing very tiny minor reform bills which won't do much just so he can lie and claim he addressed this issue is a complete joke.  He and the radical left truly don't want to fix the crime wave and drug abuse/homelessness problem they created because then they would have to admit they fucked up.

The provincial government where I lived in Canada proposed something like rehab or jail. They may have chickened out. I haven't heard anything about it this year.

The current policy of tolerating drug abuse, enabling drug abuse, and even supplying drugs is a total disaster. I've posted pictures and videos of the streets and transit system in my former city. It wasn't like that 10 years ago.

California Democrats have a new plan to flood the state voter rolls with illegal aliens and non-citizens (which is illegal).  They plan on doing it just before the election so courts won't have to be to hear challenges.  The Biden admin is also assisting nation wide by processing citizenship requests at the fastest rate in decades.

Each on will get a mail in ballot which legally can be harvested in California.  They are also expanding the motor voter laws so you have to opt out of registering to vote.  The state already gives illegals aliens licenses and now it automatically signs them up to vote.
