I didnt fry my salmon, decided to put an Applewood dry rub on it and grilled it. Had some steamed veggies with it.

I use these ingredients to make my glaze.



1⁄4cup honey

2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

1 teaspoon orange zest, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1⁄2teaspoon salt

1 1⁄4teaspoons red pepper flakes, crushed

4  boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 tablespoon margarine

1⁄2teaspoon vegetable oil

I dont think I've ever had Orange chicken, but I've heard of it a lot and always wanted to try it. If I do make it one day I will use your recipe  ac_smile

I stopped at a farmers market on the way home and bought some home made tzatziki..



It's the best tzatziki I've ever had..



It makes a terrific dip for carrots, celery or crackers.

There is this one dish I like that has shrimp, peppers, squash and zucchini, so good.



But tacos, I could eat at least once a week lol. I am particular though, like I dont like the Ortega or Old ElPaso brands anymore. I get Kroger brand season and shells. I also use ground turkey instead of burger. Some cheddar on the bottom, some meat, Texas Pete hot sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, maybe avocado, yum!

Do Oriental people not eat Mexican in general? I dont get it, but realize now that I dont think I have seen any eat Mexican.
