I like this cover of this song that Joni Mitchell made famous.

I luv old metal. Ronnie James Dio was my favourite hard rock vocalist. This band from the Czech Republic does a superb cover of Dio era Black Sabbath.

This superb cover of a song written by the legendary Steve Winwood was originally recorded by The Spencer Davis Group. And FYI, the band Chicago Transit Authority became known simply as Chicago many moons ago:

I liked Sammy Hagar's work outside Van Halen going all the way back to his days in Montrose.
Hagar assembled a super group called Chickenfoot with Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and drummer Chad Smith. Here they are doing a cover of Highway Star.

This is a cover of a Neil Young song. Sadly, the beautiful and talented Nicolette died way too young in 1997 at 45 years of age:

I've seen Three Dog Night in concert twice and Chuck Negron (after he was kicked out of Three Dog Night) once.  This is their cover of a song written by the great Harry Nilsson and it was a huge hit:

This is Nilsson's original, so you can compare:

Amen.

This cover song by Led Zeppelin is about the upheaval caused by the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927....seems applicable to the residents of Los Angeles today.

From Northern Ireland, the McManus brothers formed Mama's Boys in the 1980's. I remember watching this video on MTV back when it was halfway worth a shit.  This is their cover of a Slade classic that was also covered by Quiet Riot:

I've always liked this cover of Neil Young's "Cinnamon Girl."  The Gentrys had a big hit in 1965 with Keep On Dancin.
