Just to change topic a little, has anyone noticed the rising cost of beef?

I'm far from being a vegan. I don't eat that much beef. A steak or a piece of roast once a month or so. I like pork. Chops, roast, ribs, etc. I mentioned before I love roasted chicken on a Weber. I like fish too. You can practically buy fresh what ever you want now in super markets. Garlic fish with Mahi or Corvina. Yeah lots of butter.

I also enjoy eating out. We all have favorites.

We eat beef once a week, but I'm thinking of cheaper alternatives because of the rising costs..

Do you buy those fish directly from fishermen Twenty Dollars?

Yes. There are several fish vendors who stop at restaurants in town. They sell to anyone. Always the freshest. My friend Paola gave me some fresh pasta yesterday along with pesto. Fixed it last night. So Italian. Hmmm. Tonight???

That sounds like a good way to eat chicken. Always looking for new ways. This was some dorado I fixed last week. Yeah It's swimming in garlic butter. My invitee liked it. Paired it with a Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc. Yum.

@realAzhyaAryola

On second thought, it could be every night if I make enough to last an entire week. I'll have it on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and so on and so forth. I like leftovers.

Just because I'm Asian, I'm not having noodles and egg rolls all the time even though I enjoy those as well. I enjoy a variety of cuisines.
